Start with South American green coffee beans that are either steamed or soaked to expand the coffee pores makes the caffeine more easily extractable. From there, the green coffee beans are soaked in proprietary coffee solids removing the remaining caffeine and preserving the original coffee flavor with the oils intact.
This is fully decaffeinated coffee without using any chemicals.
