Shipping Policy
All coffee is roasted to order and typically ships within 1–2 business days after roasting (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Free shipping on orders of $50 or more applies to the lower 48 states only and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories; applicable shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once shipped, Custom Joe Roasting is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or address errors provided at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Local Delivery Policy
Local delivery is available to eligible addresses within our designated delivery area. Orders must be placed by Saturday at 11:59 PM (PT) for Monday delivery; orders placed after the cutoff will be delivered the following Monday. Coffee is roasted on Sunday for Monday delivery. A $5 local delivery fee applies, with free local delivery on orders of $25 or more. Orders are considered delivered once dropped off at the provided address. Missed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or inaccessible addresses are not eligible for refunds.
