There is the essence of high quality beans here but unfortunately the light roast doesn’t bring out the most they have to offer in my opinion. But I do find that blending them with some of my other darker roasted beans made for a nicer balance.
I loved this tanzanian peaberry medium roast is perfect. very rich for espresso.
