Flavoring:  This rich body coffee has a sparkling mild acidity with a balance of caramel and chocolate sweetness  and clean almond nuttiness. Fark chocolate, black currant, sweet and light.

This Thai coffee comes from the mountains of northern Thailand, grown above 3300 ft, and is sourced from minority farmer-owned coffee plots, locally washed and sun-dried, producing a delicious coffee.  It is Fair Trade and organic, and comprises 100% Arabica beans (as is usually the case for higher-altitude grown coffee).

The recommended roast of a Thai coffee bean is from a medium dark roast to dark roast.

This coffee is normally roasted MEDIUM DARK and usually we send it to you WHOLE BEAN.  Please view our roast types page to determine the roast you desire.
